🛍️ Returns & Exchanges

Most items at Cosmic Skies are made to order, which means we only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cosmicskiesshop@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description.

We’ll happily replace or refund the item once the issue is confirmed.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Journals, notebooks, or stickers

  • Apparel that has been worn, washed, or altered

  • Mugs or tumblers used after delivery

  • Clearance or sale items

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 14 days of your estimated delivery date so we can help file a claim or send a replacement.

💸 Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

✨ Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be made.
